Ozma is helping Dorothy get ready for the big Oz Royal Ball, where all the Royals of Oz will meet. Dorothy’s worried about remembering all the proper protocols for meeting the royals but luckily Patchwork Girl can make a magic dress and will take care of the protocol for her. To make the magic dress, they need magic scissors, which Dorothy finds in Cuttenclips. The scissors create a beautiful gown, but the animated gown wreaks havoc on the Ball, starting skirmishes between the royals. How will Dorothy be able to fix the Ball?
